Can I withdraw offline?
You can withdraw money online or offline (at the Casino Cashier). An online withdrawal is a transfer to your bank account or e-wallet. Visit the Cashier page, choose a payment method, enter the amount, and submit your request.
Online withdrawals are typically quick and easy. Processing time starts as soon as a withdrawal is approved. Once we have sent the money to your recipient payment method, it may take additional time until it is credited and available to you, depending on the payment method you chose. Approval may be subject to providing documentation related to deposit and/or withdrawal methods used. (It can take up to 5 days until your payment is processed and dispatched.)
You can also withdraw cash at the Casino Cage (Casino Cashier) at the MGM Grand Detroit cage. Just log into your online account, go to the withdrawal section of the Cashier page, and request the amount you’d like to pick up.
Funds are generally available within 15 minutes of the withdrawal’s approval which can take up to 5 days. In order to collect your funds, you will need to show your system generated voucher number. Once you receive the final email with the full voucher number you can either show the email on your mobile device or bring a print-out to the MGM Grand Detroit cage. You’ll also need to show a government-issued photo ID e.g. your driver's license, and be able to verbally quote the last four digits of your social security number.
To cancel your withdrawal request, tap on Deposit. If it's still pending you'll be able to cancel all or part of it and have it automatically credited back into your gaming account.
