Payout Rules
Win Line:
Vegas Vault features one win line in the middle row of reels when an Instant Prize or a Jackpot Symbol lands on reels 1 and 3, and a Vault Symbol lands on reel 2. The win line triggers the Bonus Game. The player is awarded the payout at the end of the Bonus Game.
The paytable reflects the current bet configuration, based on the Base Bet.
Bet Selection
When a bet is selected, the symbols on the reels change to the symbols that were on the reels at the end of the last game that was played at the selected bet. If a game has not been previously played at the selected bet, default symbols will appear on the reels.
Symbols
Vault Symbol
The Vault Symbol is a Special Symbol that collects all the Instant Prize or Jackpot Symbol values in view at the end of the Bonus Game.
Only one Vault Symbol can land at any given time, as it can only land on the centre position of the middle row of reels.
At the end of the Bonus Game, any active Multipliers are processed, and all Instant Prizes and Jackpot Symbols in view are collected to the Vault and awarded to the player.
Instant Prize Symbol
The Coin Symbols are Instant Prize Symbols with an Instant Prize value attached.
The Instant Prize values are Base Bet multipliers shown as cash values. The values are as follows: x0.5, x1, x1.5, x2, x3, x4, x5, x10.
The Instant Prize Symbols may land on all reels, except for the center position of the middle row of reels.
The Instant Prize Symbols are visible throughout the game but can only be won during the Bonus Game.
Jackpot Symbol
The Jackpot Symbol is a symbol with an Instant Prize value attached to it. These values are seen at all times next to the reels. Jackpot Symbols may land on all reels, except for the center position of the middle row of reels.
The Jackpot values are Base Bet multipliers which should be shown as cash values, and their values are:
- Mini (x10)
- Minor (x25)
- Mega (x50)
- Grand (x500)
The Jackpot Symbols are available throughout the game but can only be won during the Bonus Game.
Features
Vegas Vault Pot
All symbols landing in the Win Zone except the Key Symbol will send a trail toward the Vegas Vault Pot. On a chance basis, one of these trails may trigger the Free Spins feature.
When triggered, the Vegas Vault logo sends a trail down to any empty positions in the Win Zone, causing Instant Prizes or Jackpots to land on reels 1 and 3, and the Vault symbol to land on reel 2. This feature can only trigger if the Win Zone has at least one empty position.
Second Chance Feature
The Second Chance Feature occurs randomly. When triggered, a symbol is nudged (up or down) onto the Win line to create the Bonus Game trigger condition.
Enhancer Reels
The Enhancer Reels are 3x1 reels which act as individual reels, and remain present in both the Base Game and Free Spins. The Enhancer Reels begin locked, and each reel requires a key to become unlocked.
Key Symbol
When a key lands on the reels, it will open up the Enhancer Reel directly above. Once an Enhancer Reel has been activated, keys will no longer land, (until the enhancer reel is locked again).
When an Enhancer Reel is unlocked, the following can land:
- Multipliers - The multiplier is added to the top right-hand corner of one or more reels beneath the Enhancer Reel. It can be added to reels that already have a Multiplier and is cumulative rather than multiplicative. The Multiplier Symbol can initially display the following values: x2, x3, x5 on all Enhancer reels, and additionally x10 on Enhancer Reels 1 and 3. When at least two other multipliers are present on a reel, x1 can also be displayed on the corresponding enhancer reel, and can only land on positions that already have an existing multiplier.
- Split - One or more reels beneath the Enhancer Reel are split into 2. If all reels in a column are split, the Split option is removed for the Enhancer Reel above the column.
- Dud - The Dud symbol means that no advantage has been awarded.
Enhancements hold over into the next feature.
The advantages awarded from the Enhancer Reels are persistent and therefore need to be Bet Locked.
Bonus Game
The Bonus Game is triggered when an Instant Prize Symbol or Jackpot Symbol lands on reels 1 and 3 of the middle row, and the Vault Symbol lands on reel 2 of the middle row.
The Bonus Game Feature starts with 3 spins. The spins reset back to 3 when an Instant Prize Symbol, Jackpot Symbol, or Key Symbol lands.
During the Bonus Game, Instant Prize and Jackpot symbols lock in place. If a Multiplier lands on an active Enhancer Reel, the Multiplier is added to one or more reels in the column directly beneath. If a Split Symbol lands on an active Enhancer Reel, one or more reels in the column directly beneath are split into 2 positions.
The Bonus Game ends when no new symbols have landed for 3 spins in a row on the main reels. Multipliers are then activated, and all the Instant Prize and Jackpot Values are collected into the Vault. A Multiplier is applied to both values on a split reel. This rule also applies to a Split Vault. The winnings are then paid out.
Filling all 15 positions during the Bonus Game awards the Grand Jackpot. This is in addition to the locked values on the reels. A counter next to the Grand Jackpot will show how many positions are required to achieve the Grand Jackpot.
Paytable
The paytable reflects the current bet configuration, based on the Base Bet.
Base Bet
The Base Bet is the bet selected for each new spin or game round.
Push Pot
The Collection Pot in the game is purely for visual entertainment and does not influence the awarding of any Free Spins Feature.
